Returns & Refund Policy
Unless otherwise specified, purchases from Camera Fine Vision are generally not refundable after purchase. However, in special cases, we offer the option to exchange your purchase or issue a credit note at any of our stores.

Defective Products: If you believe you have a defective product from Camera Fine Vision Camera, please contact our Customer Service at +94 70 457 7717 to set up a return authorization for inspection. All items considered for a refund or exchange must be brought in “as new” condition, free of visible marks, scratches, or defects, and complete with all components and packaging materials originally provided. Camera Fine Vision reserves the right to determine between a defective product and a used product. If you qualify for an exchange or store credit after inspection, please ensure to have the hard copy of the Inspection receipt during the transaction process.
Time Frame for Returns:
• After 15 days, all merchandise is considered used and may be considered for trade-in purposes only.
Documentation for Returns:
• Upon approval of a return, the item must be accompanied by the original receipt (not a copy).
Payment and Issuance:
• The product will not be issued until the payment is transferred to the company account via the bank.
Warranty Information:
• Camera Fine Vision provides the same international manufacturer warranty for eligible products. Please refer to the warranty documentation provided with your purchase for details.
