The following terms and conditions apply to camera repair services provided by Finevision:
Technical Expertise:
All repairs will be carried out exclusively by our in-house technical experts. No third-party technicians or shops will handle the repair process.
Pricing and Estimates:
The repair cost cannot be determined prior to the initial inspection by our technicians.
Finevision will contact you within three days of the inspection to detail the identified issues and provide an estimate for the repair cost.
A working phone number is required for effective communication regarding the repair status and cost estimation.
Warranty:
Warranty for repairs may be offered based on the nature of the repair. Terms of the warranty will be specified and discussed at the time of repair completion.
